Sandhills Credit Union Scholarship
Leader Composite School Graduates have the chance to apply for the Future Excellence Award scholarship from the Sandhills Credit Union. They give out two $2500 awards each year. Applications are available on their website sandhillscu.com, in the branch or by emailing Nicole.stimson@sandhillscu.com
Kendra Meier Foundation Scholarship
The Kendra Meier Foundation Scholarship was formed in January 2001 and one of the components of the Foundation is a scholarship fund. This scholarship is open to all students in the Grade 12 class at the Leader Composite School. For more information contact Principal Colleen Robarts at 306-628-3895.
Leader Lions and River Hills Lions Graduate Scholarship and Award
The River Hills Lions and Leader Lions currently offer scholarships, each valued at $750.00, to students that have shown themselves to be committed to their communities and concepts of volunteerism valued by Lions clubs and their member.
Leader & District Arts Council
The Leader & District Arts Council has an active board that plans many arts activities, workshops and concerts every year. They welcome youth members on the board to help with decisions and ideas that relate to young people in the community. Please volunteer to be on the board if you are interested for youth age 15-25.
Graduate Scholarship Opportunity
If you are attending a post secondary institution next year in an area of fine arts and live in Leader, Eatonia, Fox Valley, Prelate, Sceptre, or Burstall. Leader & District Arts Council is offering a $250 scholarship to students pursuing the fine arts. Email artsedteacher@gmail.com for details.

Sandhills Credit Union Summer Student
They are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic summer student to join their team from May to August. It is a part-time position (minimum 4 hours per day Monday to Friday). Great Sandhills Museum
Tour Guides
The Great Sandhills Museum invites applications for 2 tour guides.
The first portions starts in May and then second one starts in June.
Qualifications:
-must be a college, university or high school student
-must be between the ages 15-30 years old
-moderate computer skills
-willing to work at least 30-35 hours per week
-CPR & First Aid is an asset
